Effect of Mn doping on structure, the dielectric and electric properties of BCZT ceramics

The synthesis of (Ba0.99Ca0.01)(Zr0.2Ti0.8)O3 (BCZT) and doped (Ba0.99Ca0.01)(Zr0.2Ti0.8-xMnx)O3 (BCZT-xMn) ceramics was successfully carried out by the solid-state method. doping effect is followed X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), dielectric conductivity measurements. Indeed, diffraction measurements show crystalline structure ceramics. SEM images indicate on studied perovskite microstructure. results that during maximum value temperature (Tm) constant varies slightly, there will be a considerable decrease in permittivity, losses conductivity. Manganese ions are well integrated while maintaining solid solution.
